Difficult to use, confusing instructions included with device

Not easy to use. BCL doesn't have their driver on their website when I tried to download it from their website. If you search google you will find a manual that says you need to install the zebra driver to use the device. Compared to the Zebra ZP 450, the BCL doesn't have 300 dpi quality in my opinion. Otherwise everything is fine, if you are looking for a cheaper device than the Zebra ZP 500, you can use the same driver as the ZP500. It's good. The pc will know it's a ZP500, only you will know it's a BCL. Don't compare tech support to Zebra—it can't.
