Really very light shoes! The upper is made of elastic material that adapts perfectly to the foot. I'm 10-10 1/2 a little wide. Because of the material it is made of, it fits my foot perfectly. Down and soul together you take a very soft, somewhat shock-absorbing step. I bought them to train but I think I can order more to keep us close. Very convenient. Update: Bought a second pair in black and red. I wore them for a 12 hour work day and still felt comfortable. I even got compliments on them!
