I started in 2012 with a Dolphin handheld massager. Anyone remember this one? I really enjoy massaging tired muscles and working out knotted muscles. It was good but I didn't have multiple massage heads. Then I bought a deep kneading massager - a shiatsu massage pad for the back (pictured). Then I got a massage gun (pictured). I then bought the MegaWise Massager handheld massager for back and back with 5 massage attachments. It's really good for working knots in my back and neck and allows me to apply just the right amount of pressure. The massage gun is rechargeable but heavy due to the batteries. It also has multiple massage attachments (I usually only use one). I would give the MegaWise massager 3.5 stars (rounded up to 4). You can attach/detach the massage heads by screwing/unscrewing them. The rectangular one is therefore unusable because it warps after screwing it on. My favorite is the one with 7 small massage heads. I use it to stimulate blood flow in my legs and calves. Works perfectly! I also like the 6 claw one which I use to massage areas with small muscle groups like the neck. The downside is that the jets are made of plastic, not rubber, which is easier on the body.
