In the interest of full disclosure, I am receiving this product free of charge in exchange for a review. I will give an honest review. Including 2 bags. It is made in the form of a high-quality plastic bag with a zipper and reinforced Velcro. It has 3 zippers that close well. It is unlikely that water can penetrate all 3. I did an experiment and put a dry paper towel in a bag, sealed and dipped in water. It came out dry. My son put his iPod in and it came out dry. I would trust him with my phone in the water or while kayaking. Just make sure all 3 rows or gaskets are fully sealed.
