I bought a new iPhone 12 and the store told me I need a 20w charger or higher and there was no way I wanted to spend money on their store. . I bought two of these because I prefer a cradle charger for most things and I have some long cords and blocks. I've used chargers and mounts for my other iPhones and missed new ones, but whatever. Anyway I would put my phone in here and it literally took oooooo long to charge. I would put it at 50%, charge it, work a few hours and come back to it at 73% - that's unacceptable. I even tested it on my old phone. The same thing. I'm not impressed and I don't think it will take that long to work given the advertised performance (which is higher than my old chargers). Fur. I'm not impressed and would have returned it if I hadn't already walked past the window.
