Essential kitchen tool
An almost perfect bowl. Freeze it, pour in hot liquids, beat in eggs. The only "problem" is that in a dishwasher, the bottom holds water. It seems to be solved with a small slit cut with a office knife; this does not affect the stability in any way. It still leaves a small ring of water as you can see in the picture, but it's much better than standing water.
