I love that they have an area for testimonials where you can write or paste in your own! It's easy enough if someone wants one but also allows me as admin control over what is being published so it doesn't get too out-of-hand with content we don't want up there (such as phone numbers/email addresses). Sometimes people will use our page without reading through everything first; sometimes this isn’t immediately obvious until after their order has been placed because some times customers put things into boxes which are not visible from outside those areas - like billing information etc., We would prefer them be more upfront about any issues at signup time rather than having us find stuff later down when trying fix something wrong before hand delivery / shipping happens.
