Review on 🎙️ Shure Microflex MX418D/C: High-quality Gooseneck Cardioid Condenser Microphone by Liz Lee

Shure makes great microphones. I buy them for our church quite often. Really good quality. For this last purchase, I needed a gooseneck that could wrap around the pulpit's reading platform. After much searching, I was delighted to find this Shure product, with its fully adjustable gooseneck, described as "a whole new meaning of flexible." I was a bit taken aback because the picture looked like it had a hard center bar, but sometimes the pictures are just standard and I trusted the description. I shouldn't have done that. Only the top and bottom inches or so are flexible, like many other goosenecks, but actually a little less than some of our others. There are really very few positioning settings. I'm sure it's a great mic but not what it promises. So keep that in mind when purchasing.
