The quality of this skirt is excellent. The skirt is a nice weight, not cheap at all. The lining underneath was unexpectedly unexpected. The skirt came wrapped, turned inside out. In order not to damage the tulle. I'm flirtatious and classy and I can't wait to wear heels, a white t-shirt and a chunky necklace. The only downside is that the belt is a bit tight but I sacrifice the discomfort, I think I'll suck my stomach in. Definitely worth the price, will buy more different colors and so will you!
