5 years later, Miss Sylvia is still as beautiful and strong as the day I opened her box. I have zero complaints. She walked 7 moves (4 cross-country). I make about 15 espressos every day. My advice is to keep it clean (something I put off completely for the first two years). Clean/lift the group head regularly and run an intensive descaling cycle if the water is hard. I had to replace their solenoid valve two years later because I had never done it before and it failed due to hard water build up.
