I modified a small garden sprayer to bleed the brakes under pressure. I've tried various ways to close off the reservoir on my BMW and then apply pressure, but since it's a metric thread I was able to seal it properly, resulting in leaks and brake fluid everywhere. I then decided to disassemble and order this adapter. Now I regret not wasting my time tweaking something cheaply. This adapter fitted the BMW brake fluid reservoir perfectly, there were absolutely no leaks, no mess and bleeding the brakes only took a few minutes so the first thing I thought I did was wrong because it was so easy. Bleeding the brakes under pressure is the only way out!
