Review on 🌸 Blibea Girls' Clothing: Casual Floral Shoulder Ruffles Tops, Tees & Blouses by Stephen Mitchell

The fabric is very elastic. Almost feels like swimwear fabric. I bought this as a Christmas present so I can't try it on her but it seems to be the right size for my slim 10 year old girl. I'm pretty disappointed with the pattern. It looks like the picture but not the same. It's like a crop from a blurry picture - the edges are sharp, but the details on the petals and leaves are very blurry! This is a bad print and I am seriously considering returning it.
