Great for a ton of Different Exercises Including Dips

This is a great tool for doing Dips, the metal frame is super sturdy and the crossbar makes it even more stable. The grip is nice for saving your hands a bit and it comes apart with quick releases for the crossbar.The one thing the instructions didn't include was how to set up the crossbar, it's pretty self explanatory but at first it made me confused since the picture didn't even show the crossbar in it. I had to loosen the screw that holds the pin for the crossbar since it doesn't allow you to push it in without it being looser, which seems like a bit of an oversight, but other than that, this functions as it should.There are a ton of included exercises that come with this that you can do, although I mainly wanted to use it for dips.
