Unfortunately mine arrived in a cracked and crumpled corner. I work out of town so it took me a while to get my hands on it and use it. I'm sure it's great if the whole thing. I guess I'll buy one from the store so I know beforehand. Update: The support contacted me quickly and friendly based on my feedback. They promptly dispatched a second one and gave me the choice of a refund or replacement. They encouraged sharing because they stand by their product. The replacement arrived quickly but my wife saw the postman try to fold the package in half to put it in the mailbox. I don't think there are many screen protectors that do this so well. So I couldn't enjoy the product again. Again, the customer service was excellent and worth 5 stars for that alone. They contacted me before I needed to contact them and informed them that the second attempt was also unsuccessful. Her fault again. It is rare to find such thorough and good customer service. I am sure this is a great product.
