The best part? It creates a very detailed report that includes all your metrics, even those you don't normally pay attention to such as bounce rate (what percentage of users do not visit your URL). This is pretty neat since it allows me to see all the areas I am missing to keep my website visitors coming back! What could be better? Nothing so far. Just trying to figure out ways to improve the UX! Get creative and use this tool in order to find new KPIs or just get an idea on where your competitors are doing their A/B testing. Before we used the tool, we didn't have any kind of baseline for measuring or tracking our website performance. Now, we know exactly how many users come from our blog posts and what's their conversion rate (we can also track engagement to identify and solve issues if necessary!). I love how easy it is! You can create your own video or use some pre made ones as well (which makes things easier). The best part about this app was their price range - you get so many options when using them at such low prices!! Nothing really came out negative but maybe more features would be nice? They have helped me come up with new ideas/videos within minutes instead of hours like other companies do cost wise too =).
