WHERE THE HELL IS THE DIRECTIONS!?

I got a property like this almost 17 years ago; comes with a guide that fits between the base and globe which still works great; thought it would be nice to have one from the moon. Thing is on its way back to the dealer because I still haven't gotten it to levitate and/or lift. For $130 it came in a box with a lunar base and no damn word on whether to point the magnet towards the base or place it on top. Neither method worked; not a single word with instructions or a picture. If I don't get a helpful response from the seller within two days, it's a boomerang that I'll send back to him. I will NOT get stuck on that pesky "lamp". The magnet on the globe appears to be a "earth magnet", the strongest magnet available, which seems an exaggeration compared to magnets. The seller encourages us to keep trying if we fail. However, I have a life and can't waste that much time messing around with this lamp. Will update my review when it deserves it.
