When my lamp first arrived it broke in half and fell off its base a few seconds later. I contacted support and Jenny was incredibly helpful! She sent me another one almost immediately for free. But unfortunately he didn't keep it on the stand for more than 20 minutes! I contacted Jenny again and the third lamp she sent (again free) worked great! UPDATE: Every time the power goes out, the moon hits the base due to its strong magnetic pull. A little over two years and the moon disintegrated (see photo).
