Great Product for an Efficient Communication Platform

I like that it is easy to use, but also has advanced features that allow you to customize how things work. The customer service team can be very difficult to deal with as they are so slow at responding to emails or phone calls when problems arise with their product. There really isn't anything i dislike about this software. It does what we need it to do without any issues. We have been able to streamline our workflow while still being able to communicate effectively between departments. The best thing about this product is it's ease of use, there are no complicated settings to configure or master user accounts needed (unlike other products). I have found that once set up correctly, using any device from my home computer to mobile phones has been easy enough with little problems - just like most cloud services these days! There could be more integration options. But overall, great service so far, very reliable. We were able to reduce our paper usage by 80%.

  • Flexible system allowing us flexibility in scheduling shifts/etc..in whatever format works well within your business needs.and not limited one platform only!!
Cons
  • Only downside would maybe say its lackluster reporting capabilities compared perhaps even competitors' platforms
