piss off! on Beard Conditioners & Oils

I received it today and before I even opened my package I could smell the beard wash. I opened it and found all my stuff was covered in soap. I opened the bottle and noticed that at least two ounces of product had already spilled out. Then when my husband used it he said it was mostly flavored water and it didn't wash his beard very well. I am very disappointed in this purchase and will never buy it again.
