So much for safety

Update: I was able to get this product to work after much frustration with washing machines. For that I give three stars. I just don't understand why it should be so difficult to put matching washers with eyelets. I'm not sure I put the correct washers in, but they stayed in place so I'm trying to believe they were correct. .Original rating: VERY unsatisfied with this order. I don't often leave negative reviews but I've tried and tried to find backs to eyes - nothing fits. Nothing snaps and when I try the washer on from the back so that it fits on the end of the screw, I can pull it out again. So much for "security". For now,
