Some pros:
User friendly interface
Wireless joystick with accelerometer
Works fast
Lots and lots of cool games! And exclusives.
Design
Some cons:
Size - much larger than PS2!
Games are very expensive - both in real stores and in the PlayStation Store.
Periodically freezes tightly.
