Excellent customer service! I bought Smart Ink for my Epson WF printer and the product worked great. That is, until Epson released a firmware update for their wireless printers and mine stopped accepting ink after the update. explains what happened. They were familiar with firmware updates and let me know that it's not uncommon for printer manufacturers to do this (for obvious reasons 🙃) but they replaced the previous purchase with new cartridges that work and they did! I received the ink a few days after being notified by Smart Ink and they were even kind enough to contact me to make sure the printer actually received the newly released cartridges. They were beyond helpful and happy to help. So it was with me. My only request was that there be some sort of exchange process for shipping to use the packaging for new cartridges to return old ones. it will be great!
