I can understand the frustration of people complaining about instructions. The attached document doesn't explain much about how to take them apart and put them back together to hang them on the wall. Please tell me how to install them unaided, I myself installed them in my grandson's wall in about half an hour. Yes, you need to take them apart to put them back together with the shelves, understand that you don't need to tighten all the hardware to hang it on the wall. The key to solid self assembly is to first attach the center round mounting bracket to the wall, preferably to a wall stud to make it as strong as possible. Once the center bracket is in place you can level one side and then the other side using all four holes on each round bracket with the dowels provided to get a solid hold on all shelves. I wanted to make similar shelves myself, but judging by the different pieces, it was a lot more than this set. Try it, the end result will not disappoint you.
