I bought a Waste King L 8000 from Revain. It was assumed that the kit contains all parts required for installation. Came with nothing. Either Revain made a mistake disposing of the required parts, or someone stole those parts. So that the Disposall fits under my sink, I ordered all the parts listed to match the L 8000 so that my tradesman can install them. Most of the Waste King parts didn't fit, or I needed the old style, or some other poor formulation cruelty made the fit unlikely or impossible. But this Elbow and Spacer was one of the items that hit the jackpot for me. The man's face broke into a smile when he saw this. He didn't have to saw the old pipe. He didn't have to rush home to see if he had a pad that size. He just put it on, smeared on some plumbing putty "just in case," and whistled to the next item that caught his eye. The hose was just the right size. The seal fits easily into the tube. There was no need to cut or fiddle. Seal and tube are made of high quality materials. My master was happy with that, and when he is happy, then I am happy. We recommend both.
