I bought this lamp for the living room next to the armchair. I'm an avid reader and gamer so I need a light that isn't too overwhelming but gives off enough light. I think the product itself said it wasn't quite legible so I was a little apprehensive but decided to buy it anyway because I really needed a USB port to charge my phone. Wow! It exceeded my expectations. Gives more than enough light for reading, but the warm lighting is perfect and not overwhelming. I love that you can turn off the light and still charge your phone. Couldn't be happier with this product. Highly recommended! Be careful when screwing in the bulb. I think I chipped off some of the plastic but it didn't affect my lamp in any way.
