I needed a docking station for 3 monitors. I also wanted a small footprint. I connected this to a laptop at home. It all connected and worked except for the mouse which I am troubleshooting. I do not know if my mouse is too old or if the port is bad. I did not want to spend a lot of money. Things to be aware of are as follows.: pwr cable is only 1 foot long. Two hdmi ports but I prefer 3 so needed to use vga cable. No drivers to download. So far I am happy with it. Just know your needs first and your budget. Docking stations are wonderful for growth potential.
