The UI is very friendly in terms of user interface, as well as the API. Some of the features are not intuitive, but with some assistance from the team, it is easy to learn. We have reduced manual labor by up to 50%. It is easy to train new users to perform repetitive tasks. The time saved means we are able to work more efficiently. This program was built for our sales department. We were looking for an automated system that could handle simple customer service inquiries. I like that you can easily create your own bots with no coding required! It has been easy for me as an assistant manager in my role at work (which requires little tech skills)to be able train others who may have less experience or those without time/interests - just give them some sample data files from our old system which they then drag into their bot interface where it creates its' new way forward using AI algorithms etc..
