Super helpful & useful tool when dealing w customers

The UI is very friendly in terms of user interface, as well as the API. Some of the features are not intuitive, but with some assistance from the team, it is easy to learn. We have reduced manual labor by up to 50%. It is easy to train new users to perform repetitive tasks. The time saved means we are able to work more efficiently. The most intuitive and flexible platform to prototype chatbotted experiences

I love that you can build robots from scratch without needing any engineering or programming skills!The customer support has been amazing as well - they've helped me in many ways with my bots' development (I'm still very new).
