It's Walmart so no surprise here.
It fits perfectly. I wear sze 2 pants, 34c,117 lb. No stretching of the piece which is awesome. It's loose around the legs so it doesn't ride up. The material is jersey. It's not a bright red like my tulle skirt. And there are discolorations as you can see the white line. I'm in the process of a replacement. Or I will be returning because it's not worth $17 plus tax.
