I like that it is very easy for our team to use as well as simple to implement in our organization. The software has been great at tracking all of my emails from different departments within our organization which makes managing them much easier! It does take some training but once you get used to how everything works, it's not too difficult to figure out. There have been times when we've had issues with the system being down so be prepared for this possibility. We're able to track what's going on throughout the day by using this tool and can see if there are any problems before they happen.
