MasterBase - Great program with room for growth

I like that you can see what people have read in your emails as well when they open them up. It's very helpful for getting feedback from clients about my work! Sometimes it isn't accurate so be sure to double check before making big decisions regarding projects/clients etc.. You're able to use this software if you don’t need an entire team behind using one platform (although we do). This is great because sometimes our other staff members get confused by having multiple platforms at once but not

Great Email Tracking Tool for our Business!

I like that it is very easy for our team to use as well as simple to implement in our organization. The software has been great at tracking all of my emails from different departments within our organization which makes managing them much easier! It does take some training but once you get used to how everything works, it's not too difficult to figure out. There have been times when we've had issues with the system being down so be prepared for this possibility. We're able to track what's going
