Review on 📱 OtterBox COMMUTER SERIES Galaxy S21 5G Case - BESPOKE WAY (Blazer Blue/Stormy Seas Blue) by Jeremy Yuusuf

Some disappointment. Ordered on 5/2/21. Found 2 cracks around the hole for the camera lenses at the end of July. The warranty will of course be replaced, but Otterbox will charge YOU S&H. A little if you ask me. I'm giving it 4 stars for now. If my replacement case breaks within a few months, I'll probably downgrade my rating to 2 stars. These cases are too expensive to be cracked that easily and I have no reason to believe this case is any more durable and reliable than other cheaper brands other than brand awareness. Addendum: 22.09. demotion. The replacement hasn't arrived yet. I have sent several emails and no one has replied to any of them. Live chat ONLY deals with sales, not guarantees. The Warranty Department can ONLY be contacted by phone Monday through Friday 10:00am to 6:00pm PST and I am working during these hours. Looks like they don't want to redeem the guarantee anymore
