So my daughter is a size 7 so I wasn't sure because 5-7 or 8-10 would fit better. According to the sizing chart it fits 5-7 but there are a few reviews that say it fits true to size and were glad they did not to risk it. I have 8-10 and it fits but I think 5-7 will fit me perfectly as the one I have is too loose in some places and quite long. My daughter is 46 inches tall, weighs 60 pounds and usually wears a 7 on most of her dresses. I can pin at the back so it's ok but I wish they were shorter because I wanted the striped leggings that are in the photo but it doesn't make sense now because you won't even see them. One more thing, the hat has some big creases and I'm not quite sure how to remove them. In general, the dress is beautiful, my daughter liked it. I recommend focusing on the size grid.
