Watch some vids on youtube for install tips. The instructions say to use water but some videos don't. There are plenty of stainless ties with the kit. You might want 1" for more technical work, the 2" was kinda difficult to manage around bends. I cant imagine a 4-2-1 header or the like. I just wrapped a Miata turbo down pipe. I double wrapped a section that sits right near my leg, and I can barely feal any warmth in that area through the floor. It used to nearly burn my leg! ProTip: cut off that old rusty metal heat shield and install this stuff. It works! MomTip: Wear a dust mask or you'll wake up the next day with a painfully sore throat. (that part probably wasn't healthy)
