Update: returned. Software makes it unusable

Update: Unfortunately I had to send this gimbal back. The seller is not to blame. Sent super fast. Zhiyun has a very good product, but their software is running out of time. Many times after my camera was balanced and I followed the video on the Zhiyun website, the camera would fly down and hit the gimbal and scratch the body of my camera. also often the stabilizer gave an error and I had to reset it. I wish they would update their software or firmware. Such a good product but it needs better software. I like this gimbal compared to the DJI Osmo as it is more versatile as it has room for a phone, an action cam and a lightweight professional camera which is the Sony a6300 which I have. Superb construction with extremely durable components and superb finish. Setting up the gimbal to balance your device can be a little awkward as there are no instructions in the box and you have to look for them. One thing I don't like is that their app isn't 100% polished like DJI for example. I wasn't sure if I found the right app, it's called "Zy Play" in the App Store. It is displayed in Chinese and it seemed strange but I installed it anyway. After downloading it, I almost couldn't find my gimbal in the app, in this case Crane M2, how to find M2: 1. Turn on Bluetooth and WiFi.2 on your phone. Enter ZY PLAY app, swipe left and right to find gimbal type page.2. Click the icon on the top left to bring up the application menu, then select your model to connect. A friend of mine bought a gimbal from DJI and their app seems a bit more advanced but it's limited to using his phone only. As for the stabilizer bar, sometimes it goes haywire and seems to stop working, and when that happens the arms hit other parts of the stabilizer bar and the powder coating seems to scratch easily. I wish the Zhiyun had some kind of rubber bumper instead of the gimbal touching metal to metal when the gimbal detaches or throws an error. A nice feature of this gimbal is the oled screen, which is handy to display BT connection, Wi-Fi, error and gimbal modes. The tripod legs are a great feature when you need to create vlogs or videos that require you to talk to the camera. The app itself is pretty stable and I haven't actually played with it much, but it has some cool features that I will play with. Overall I am happy with this gimbal and just wish they had polished the app a bit more.
