My previous backup camera (10 years with a 1 inch monitor) broke down about a week before I bought this one. I started looking for a replacement for Revain and came across this one. Don't believe the price. I decided I had nothing to lose and everything to gain, so I ordered one. Bumper, then along the frame alongside the existing factory wiring to the front of the firewall and through the firewall into the cockpit. The cables that came with it were enough to go from the camera to the monitor. I still had a few feet of excess cable, which I looped and tied under the dash to keep it out of the way. The monitor is huge compared to my old one. The picture is crystal clear. It's a huge improvement over my previous $100 rear camera. most 10 years ago. I don't know how they can sell this for such a low price and make money, but I'm not complaining. I expect tech prices to go down over time, but I still don't understand how they make money. I lost nothing on this rear camera; I made a huge profit. And at an unbelievably low price. A small hint. In the beginning I had a small disturbance. I figured a ground running through the included cord might pick it up, so I grounded both ends of the cord. end of the problem. Now the picture is crystal clear. So if you have noise on your monitor, try connecting both ends of the bare wire to ground. But whatever you do, tie only one end of the red power cord to a power source. I did that first and it didn't work. Stupid mistake on my part. There are 2 wiring diagrams, one is for connecting to a switch and the other is for connecting to reverse lights. I think I was looking at the wrong circuit when I connected the other end of the wire. At this price you can't go wrong.
