I was hesitant to buy liquid chalk as I've only used powder formulation for many years, but chalk is technically against the rules at my gym and I'm not a big fan of manufacturing a huge mess anyway. I received this and despite the small containers, a small dab really goes a long way. If you deadlift a lot, you might need to get a second dime-sized amount, but this stuff lays flat and dries in seconds. No mess, no flying powder, keeps sweat off your hands and it also doesn't rub off too much except on the barbell if you have a firm grip. I highly recommend it.
