You can cook not only delicious sandwiches, but also fry sausages, scrambled eggs. Takes up little space in the kitchen. There is a latch on the side so that both the bottom and top are fried evenly. The top cover is movable, allowing you to heat/fry uneven surfaces. Cool stuff!
