User manual, packaging boxes were new, enclosed in a sturdy corrugated cardboard box. If you don't like tidying up, this block isn't for you. Auger, HD, automatic cleaning, bowl must be cleaned after use. I bought it after much deliberation and cleaning is not a problem for me. The Auto Cleaning Brush has very small perforations that pick up finer debris and I prefer to gently rinse and brush with the smaller diameter bristles of my toothbrush. The weight of the block without assembly is already heavy, which is a good sign that the block will not slip and move on the countertop. If you try to plug it in and test for power before assembling, it won't turn on. It is designed to work only after you have fully assembled the device. There is a reverse switch if you need to clean part of the fiber. No variable speed, only forward speed. And reverse mode requires you to hold the button down, after releasing it it turns off. The engine is powerful. Just follow the instructions to avoid permanent damage e.g. B. Using chopsticks or a metal spoon instead of a funnel to push vegetables or fruit. I will never go back to a centrifugal juicer for a number of reasons: vibration, filter cartridges, decibels, engineering.
