I've been using the Secure Denture Cream for a few months now and it's great - the best I've ever tried. Don't get me wrong, it holds very well, but I still wanted a softer feel and an even firmer hold. I think it's my personal preference. However, many will get away with simply using denture cream. But my dentures need relining and I couldn't find a doctor who could do that, so I had to hold on to myself. I heard about the Secure Comfort Strips and decided to give them a try. They are easy to use. I can get away with a stripe on my upper and lower dentures. I just cut them to fit with scissors. First I apply the Secure Comfort Strips, then I apply a small amount of Secure Denture Cream and spread it evenly over the strips with a cotton swab. Then I apply and hold out the WHOLE day. I don't ooze much this way when using only heavy cream. If I only use the stripes I don't have any highlights. I have to say that the strips are 1000 times easier to remove than the cream. I would say if you have tried a lot of products from stores like me of polirip, fixodent, seabond etc and not having any luck then I would give this a try.
