I was unsure what size to buy. I have a 37 inch waist.I bought the 36-40 size.This was the perfect fit. The belt wraps around and the end can fit in the first loop.The belt is not as stretchy as some belts I bought.The quality and style is nice.I am very happy with my purchase.The belt is about 45 inches from buckle to the tip.
