I bought this to watch movies from a flash drive. When I couldn't read my flash drive, I encountered an issue with the flash drive size (I've tried 2TB, 256MB, and 8MB flash drives). This only worked with an 8MB flash drive. I then emailed tech support and described my problem. I did this to determine what kind of support they offer. It took about a day for her first reply. They responded by repeating the steps in the manual. I replied and told them I had and he didn't respond as the manual said. Her second reply came about a day later. They asked me to send a copy of the film I wanted to see. I replied that the problem was that I couldn't watch movies on the flash drive. You have not responded to this letter. I waited about 2 days and never got a reply so I sent it back to the seller. I waited another day and emailed them not to worry as I wanted to return the item.
