The ability for our recruiters/HR personnel to be able to access their candidate information at any time, anywhere in order to make quick decisions about who is best suited for each position they are recruiting or hiring into! I wish it could connect with LinkedIn so we can see what other companies have posted within specific positions (such as "Senior Software Engineer"). We also like how easy everything seems when posting jobs - no typing required!! Highly recommend using this software if you're looking to streamline your process of finding top talent quickly! Our organization has been searching high & low across multiple platforms trying to find qualified applicants but was not having much success until recently due to all these different systems being used by many departments throughout an entire state. Now through one platform though, everyone now works together effortlessly which saves us countless hours spent doing data entry manually via spread.
