Just received this and am giving it 5 stars without even trying it just for the idea and such a simple solution as it takes a tedious job in the kitchen but I think the teeth will eventually break or start to bend and therefore lose the ability to shred the meat properly which would be too much of a risk. Use it in a commercial kitchen if one breaks without the user noticing. I'd love to see a larger professional version (say, one with at least an 11-12 inch shredding plate) made out of stainless steel with a hard silicone ring on the rim, and I'm more than sure it'll be flying off the shelves. At least I want to be the first to buy at least one pair.
