ARRIVED WITHOUT OS: Computer and Accessories
When I received this Macbook and turned it on for the first time, it showed an error message saying it couldn't find the Mac OS. I'm not sure what happened but I ended up having to call Amazon who then put me through to Apple who then put me through to someone else at Apple who had to persuade me to reinstall the OS. All in all I had to spend 4 hours of my life fixing a problem that this product shouldn't have had in the first place. I'm not sure what happened but I'm very disappointed. You would think that they would check if the operating system is installed on the laptop before shipping. But maybe I'm expecting too much
