Dislikes:1. The box arrived open. The box came covered in layers of dirt/dust/grime3. The chair was covered with thin paper, the armrest with extra thin paper, the gas bottle in a smaller separate box. All four pieces were free to move around the big box without being fixed, bouncing against each other all the way. The box arrived late (especially since I had to pay an additional shipping fee despite being a Prime member).5. There are virtually no instructions for assembling and using the chair. Doesn't specify what is 1 vs 1a and what is 1b? for the kit. There is no instruction manual for the chair. Preferences: 1. After cleaning with lots and lots of wipes and other disinfectants. The chair is easy to assemble. 2. The chair is initially comfortable and feels supportive. Considering I paid over $500 (plus additional shipping) for this chair. They should have wrapped/insulated the individual parts better so they don't move/rattle during transport. box (no wonder it was opened). It should also not be covered with a thick layer of dirt. The chair itself feels decent, feels supportive, feels comfortable, and is easy to put together. I can't say that I can make a purchase recommendation here. I will revisit the post if anything changes after using the chair for a long time.
