Turns off every few hours
As someone said, there is a bug in this device. Yesterday I used it on a chest piece for the first time. It turned off every few hours so I had to set an alarm to wake up and turn it back on. Called ThermoPro customer service this morning (they were great) and they said it was a known issue. Gave me a full refund and told me to keep the device. Looks like they removed the product so hopefully they fix it. But if you see it elsewhere, make sure it's not that model with the connection issue. Hopefully they fix that and re-release it with a new model number to make it stand out.
