We are very happy with this raincoat. Our poodle mix has a long body, but this coat covers the back to the base of the tail. There is just enough adjustment for the coat to fit her chest comfortably. The fact that the flap is placed under her chest to protect her front and chassis is a pleasant surprise. Two straps at the back corners secure the coat on Lilly's back as she walks without causing discomfort. Lilly doesn't like walking in the rain. This reasonably tailored cape at least makes it more likely that she's ready to go out in wet weather and look smart doing it. Feel free to try.
