Review on ๐ŸงŠ Grace IceWaterShield Roll by Rick Ross

Revainrating 5 out of 5

It's on my roof and I'm looking at lifestyle products.

I have been using this product for about 35 years. I have been building/repairing to order for many years and now do the Ask the Builder dot com website. The bad reviews you read here are from people who most likely haven't read the instructions and/or have no idea how to use the material. It's really sticky because Grace probably added some SBS to the asphalt. You WANT it to be very sticky so it will stick to the wood paneling and to itself. It is best NOT to process this material in direct sunlight at temperatures above 60F. You will quickly find yourself applying this material in the shade or early in the morning before the sun is very high. When you do this, it glides smoothly like silk. The material has a special membrane at the top that helps seal the nail shanks. All other products like this are scammers in my opinion. I was NOT paid a dime to write this review. I've been installing this at my workplaces for years and only covered my whole house with it in the summer of 2015. I would never use anything other than this product until Grace NEVER does anything to make it smaller than it is now. Check out the photo of me using it in my home here in New Hampshire in the summer of 2015.
