DSMART's Customer Service and Product Quality Are Horrible.

I have been a loyal customer of DSMART for years, and I have never been more dissatisfied with the company's products or support. I bought a phone case and a band for my smartwatch from their web shop not too long ago, and both were of such poor quality that they broke after only a few days of use. I called customer support to request a replacement or refund, but the agents I spoke with were rude and uninterested in assisting me. I had to send numerous emails and make several phone calls before I received a response, and even then, I was denied a replacement or refund. I wasted both time and money dealing with this terrible business and purchasing their subpar wares. To anyone in the market for a mobile phone case or smartwatch strap, I would not suggest DSMART. If you're looking for higher-quality goods and friendlier service, you're better off going elsewhere.
